VKey want you to be delighted with you product and feel confident when you shop with us. However, if for any reason you would like to return a product, we will be happy to exchange or refund any item within 14 days of purchase, providing the goods are in perfect saleable condition with all original packaging intact.
If the product or packaging is in such a condition that the product needs to be reduced in price for resale VKey reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value of the goods.
Please note that with the exception of faulty merchandise, we cannot exchange or accept the return of certain products:

Under garments including, baselayers, sports bras, jock straps and athletic supports;

Garments with any form of personalised or team embellishment (e.g. printing or embroidery);

Goods made to your specification
Delivery charges or carriage cannot be refunded for returned items (unless returned due to a fault with the product) and an additional carriage charge is applicable to any item sent in exchange (unless sent due to a fault with the product).
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Any manufacturers Warranty offered is in addition to the legal rights a consumer already has under the Sale of Goods Act 1979.

The process for returning goods are as follows;

Goods must be returned with a completed returns form which you can access and by clicking here

Choose an appropriate method of postage, i.e. Recorded or Registered (we recommend taking out suitable insurance for the goods you are returning)

Retain your Proof of Postage in case the parcel is lost in transit.
