Terms & Conditions
  1. Contract is formed by submitting your order. You are offering to buy the goods by allowing us to use your personal details for supply of the goods, including passing your details on to the couriers. We are not obliged to supply goods until we confirm your order by e-mail, fax,  post or telephone.
  2. Delivery charge is £4.95, which applies to UK Mainland only. Contact us by phone or e-mail for the cost of overseas delivery.
  3. Payment can be made by major credit cards i.e. Visa, master card, switch, delta or by cheque in Pound Sterling made in a UK clearing bank. You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full.
  4. Any refund arising in the event of a dispute or cancellation will be refunded within 10 working days.
  5. If you wish to make a complaint, please e-mail or fax us and we will respond to the complaint within 7 working days.
  6. Trade marks and names are of their respective holders.
  7. Deliveries for stock items will be within 3-9 working days of order.
  8. All prices and offers are subject to change without prior notice. E&OE.
  • Shipping And Handling
    Delivery charge is £7.50, which applies to UK Mainland only. Contact us by phone or e-mail for the cost of overseas delivery.
  • Tax Charges
    For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added when applicable. All other orders are VAT free.
  • Credit Card Security
    When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site and are protected by SSL certificate.
  • Privacy Policy
    Key Cricket do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
